It is't need to be sealed, for it's a No-gap product.
2.Can I use it to reface a brick fireplace? If so, will the adhesive be enough to stick to the bricks?
The adhesive is pretty strong so it sure might.
3.Can this be used as an accent on a wall thats around 200sqft? If these are real stones can the whole wall easily hold its weight?
Yes it can. They are real travertine but they are thin. Easy to cut and install. Really nice used it for a backsplash in the kitchen.
