How much grey is this white backsplash tile?

It has gray vein in it .Its mostly white actually.

Is this peel and stick or you have to grout?

Grout should't be use due to rough surface. However, it’s not “peel and stick” either. The foundation had to be scored and then bonding cement was needed to secure the brick to the surface.
