Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T: 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before loading to container.

Q: How many days will effect shipment after deposit?
A: If stock available, we can deliver goods within 7 days after received deposit. If not, it would be about 35 days for new production. We suggest you could start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: May I have my own design?
A: Yes! But the pictures or samples of the products should be offered by you.
Q: Can you do OEM for us?
A: Yes, we can do OEM according the customer quality standard and packing.
Q: May I ask for some samples?
A: Yes! The samples are free. You just need to pay for samples’ courier cost. Samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days and will be sent to you via express within 5 days.
Q: Can floor tile be used on the wall?
A: Yes. Exterior applications require special precautions and installation methods. Please check with your installer or us for application recommendations.
